Localized Example of a Road Accident Due To Over Speeding

       In Carmona Cavite, a young man died last Saturday when the car he was driving accidentally hit 
a concrete center island in Governors Drive in Barangay Maduya. This Municipality, police reported Sunday.
       The victim suffered body injuries and dies on the spot.
